We stock most standard service parts for all of our dealership brands: Beta Marine, Cummins, Cummins Onan, VW Volkswagen, Mercruiser Diesel including non-dealership parts such as Volvo, Yanmar and Nanni.
Finding the part - Choose your engine or generator brand, choose the model and the list of standard spares and service parts appears. With all engine parts we would strongly suggest that you have your model type and serial number to ensure that you are ordering the correct item. We have access to manufacturers databases, so a quick calll to us, will allow us to check we are supplying the correct part and that there have been no supercessions. (Any images are displayed for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product supplied).
Placing your order online - If you are confident that you have the correct part number and wish to order directly online, simply follow the instructions on the screen. You do not have to regsiter with us to be a customer, but from time to tme we do have special offers and registering with us will make sure that you know. We do not diretly handle your payment, this is done through WorldPay so your details very safe and never stored anywhere on our system.
Delivery of the order - With the exception of Mondays, any order placed before 1200 will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 1200 will be shipped on the next working day. With the exception of the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, our normal delivery service is next working day by 1600, other services are available upon request. In urgent cases we may be able to ship later in the day, please call our office for further details.
Delivery Rates - Delivery to a UK address is weight and location based. We do offer overseas shipping, however our website does not calculate these shipping costs and thereby you will need to contact our Sales Office - telephone: +44 1473 781713.
Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods - Seapower Marine offers a 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders, bespoke items and damaged goods. Simply contact us within 30 days to let us know you wish to return an item/items and we will give you a RMA number. Once we receive the item in good condition, a refund will be given, this may be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge and excludes postage costs from and to us and will be made within 72 hours.
We advise customers that when returning items they should use an insured postal service as per distance selling regulations the item is your responsibility until returned to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we cannot take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us and if this is required we will refund return postage. Faulty goods can be returned after contacting us. Once items have been received we will check for the faulty and contact you with regards to a replacement or refund.
Any returned goods must be sent back in saleable condition, with it's packaging intact along with any accompanying papers/manuals.
